Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Commis for Merdeka Grill to deliver excellent, consistent kitchen service in line with Hyatt International standards.

You will assist in preparing high-quality dishes, uphold kitchen hygiene, and support the outlet's concept while working with a professional, courteous team in a Luxury hotel environment. This role offers exposure to premium dining experiences, training opportunities, and a pathway to growth within Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents only.
• Apprenticeship or professional diploma/degree in Culinary Education.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Commis in international hotels or F&B establishments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
