Roche Services & Solutions Operations APAC in Malaysia seeks a Business Support Partner to manage office tasks, financial requests, and event logistics for the commercial function. You will ensure administrative excellence for the marketing and commercial teams.

The role covers booking spaces, coordinating catering, handling shipments, procurement, budget tracking, and cross‑functional support to campaigns.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in office management, admin support, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and vendor communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial office tasks, process financial requests, and run operational logistics for events within the commercial function.
• Coordinate event logistics: book spaces, arrange catering, and organize materials.
• Oversee shipping and fulfillment for exhibition booths, samples, and brochures.
• Submit purchase requisitions, track invoices, and log vendor payments.
• Monitor monthly budgets and maintain central files, calendars, and compliance records.
• Support the commercial team with travel bookings, visitor passes, and meeting scheduling.
