Job summary

Zeekr International seeks a full-time Commercial/Contract Manager to negotiate, draft, and oversee contracts end-to-end. You will liaise with local partners, manage daily commercial affairs, and ensure accurate ledgers and documentation.

Job description

• Manage commercial contract negotiation, drafting, preliminary review and full-cycle performance follow-up to ensure contractual compliance and delivery.
• Liaise with local partners and service providers, maintain commercial partnership and handle daily commercial affairs for cooperation.
• Oversee the maintenance of commercial transaction ledgers, expense reconciliation, and filing & archiving of cooperation documents.
• Identify and assess risks in commercial cooperation, optimize cooperation workflows, and improve the standardization of commercial operations.
• Collect feedback from partners, align business requirements and deliver commercial insights to support business decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Education Background Full-time bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred majors: Law, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• Industry Experience Minimum 2 years of working experience in commercial management, contract management or vendor management. Prior experience in automotive overseas business or ASEAN market is preferred.
• Professional Competencies Familiar with the full lifecycle of commercial contract drafting, review and performance tracking. Capable of identifying contractual risks, and experienced in expense reconciliation, ledger and document management.
• Soft Skills & Language Proficiency Fluent English&Mandarin (written & verbal) for daily commercial negotiation and email communication. Strong commercial negotiation and cross-party communication skills, meticulous with strong risk awareness and closed‑loop mindset. Willing to take overseas assignment or business travel.
• Preferred Qualifications Familiar with ASEAN commercial regulations; experience in vendor relationship management; proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in ledger & report creation.
