Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working against defined service-level metrics, including accuracy, turnaround time, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Process commercial insurance transactions accurately and within defined service-level timelines.
• Ensure requests, endorsements, renewals, and policy documentation follow underwriting instructions and policies.
• Maintain high accuracy across data entry, documentation, and system updates.
• Follow workflows and SLAs, escalating exceptions promptly when needed.
• Meet or exceed defined performance metrics for productivity, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with underwriters, regional operations teams, and stakeholders for timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, policies, and regulatory/audit requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation within workflow systems for audit traceability.
• Identify and implement process improvements or automation opportunities.
• Continuously develop productivity and technical proficiency through learning and feedback.
