Job summary

EMAX Beauté International is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Development to identify growth opportunities across our beauty, slimming and aesthetic outlets. You will combine customer insight, data, financial analysis and business execution to drive revenue and profitability.

You will work with the General Manager and senior leadership to shape commercial plans, discounting, packages and entry offers, while ensuring alignment with clinical operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, business management, growth, revenue management or related field.
• Proven track record of leading commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience developing or improving pricing strategies, customer offers, purchase journeys or revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities through customer insights, transaction data and outlet performance.
• Develop commercial plans covering target customers, offers, pricing, acquisition channels and retention.
• Evaluate opportunities and recommend strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop and optimise service packages, bundles and pricing structures.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Finance, Operations and clinical teams to bring new propositions to market.
• Build models covering CAC, conversion, discounts, payback and CLV.
• Turn recommendations into pilots with clear objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Review pilot performance and scale successful initiatives across outlets.
• Analyze customer cohorts and lifetime value to drive retention and growth.
