Emax Beauté is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Development to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into profitable plans across our outlets. You will work with the GM and leadership, combining customer insight, data, and financial analysis to drive execution.

You will lead commercial initiatives, collaborate with marketing, CRM, finance, operations and clinical teams, and oversee pilots from planning to scale.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in commercial strategy or growth-focused roles.
• Proven track record leading commercial initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and revenue models.
• Experience in consumer-facing businesses with multiple locations and memberships.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to explain key metrics such as CAC, conversion, payback and LTV, and drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Identify commercial opportunities from customer insights, data and trends.
• Develop commercial plans covering target customers, offers, pricing and channels.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop and optimise service packages, bundles and pricing structures.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, CRM, Finance, Operations and clinical teams.
• Turn recommendations into pilots with budgets, timelines and success measures.
• Analyse customer cohorts, payback and lifetime value.
• Coach management teams to make stronger commercial decisions.
