Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking a Business Development Executive (Aesthetic) to identify potential customers and new market opportunities within the beauty and medical aesthetic industry. You will promote products to aesthetic professionals and clinicians, achieve sales targets, and build long-term client relationships.

You will develop compelling presentations and proposals, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in beauty or medical aesthetic industry.
• Strong CRM and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proven sales and business development skills, particularly in lead generation.
• Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resourceful, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Strong industry network and market knowledge within the aesthetic and/or medical aesthetic sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, market opportunities and new leads within the beauty and medical aesthetic industry.
• Promote company products and solutions to aesthetic professionals, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, beauty clinics and wellness businesses.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated market and territory.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations, pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide suitable product or solution recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support trade shows, workshops, seminars and other sales and marketing activities to generate new leads.
