Job summary

EMAX Beauté International in Malaysia invites an experienced Slimming Manager to lead and develop a dedicated retail team in our beauty and wellness centers.

You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and oversee day-to-day operations, merchandising, and staff development across our slimming and aesthetic services. A strong background in beauty retail and people leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speakers preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance within the beauty & wellness retail environment.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and by building long-term customer relationships
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve results
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and in-store hygiene in line with brand guidelines
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches
