Job summary

Takeda in Malaysia and Indonesia seeks a dynamic specialist to drive Sales Force Effectiveness and Commercial Excellence for vaccines. You will partner with leadership to implement segmentation, territory planning, CRM enhancements and performance analytics, while advancing omnichannel engagement and digital adoption.

The role spans Malaysia and Indonesia, requiring strong cross‑functional collaboration and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, science, pharmacy, healthcare, analytics or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales force effectiveness, commercial analytics or related roles.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and BI/reporting tools; experience with Veeva or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into SFE, CRM, analytics, incentive and omnichannel initiatives.
Design and maintain segmentation, targeting and territory planning strategies.
Lead performance dashboards and field productivity tools; ensure governance and accuracy.
Provide training and change management to maximise adoption of digital tools.
Collaborate across Malaysia and Indonesia to harmonise practices and regional alignment.
