Job summary

Maybank is seeking a Relationship Manager Deposit II (Hunter) for the Selangor region. You will acquire NTB commercial CAs, grow NTB activity, and deepen engagement with commercial clients.

• Proven track record in client acquisition and business development in banking or financial services.
• Experience in managing and growing portfolios.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proactive approach to business development.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Deep understanding of deposit products and NTB client strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire NTB commercial Current Accounts (CAs) and drive NTB total growth in the commercial segment.
• Hunt for NTB clients to expand the customer base.
• Manage relationships with commercial clients with ADB RM300K–RM1M.
• Promote new active merchant signups for card services to enhance the merchant portfolio.
• Cross-sell deposit products such as Work+, Merchant services, and Digital banking solutions.
• Collaborate with CBCs and branches to onboard cash management solutions for commercial clients.
• Focus on attracting FX customers and increasing M2E and M2U in the business segment.
• Implement salary crediting programs including Work+ Company NOC to improve engagement.
