Job summary

Alta Vista Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Contract Support to assist the Contract Manager with pre- and post-contract activities in Malaysia. You will help prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and pricing schedules, and assist in cost control and documentation.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve commercial issues and ensure contractual compliance, progressing claims and variations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Assist the Contract Manager in managing pre-contract and post-contract activities.
• Prepare tender documents, Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and pricing schedules.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in contract negotiations and resolution of commercial issues.
• Prepare commercial reports and maintain contract documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual matters.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commitments.
• Prepare, evaluate and negotiate contractual claims, including EOT and loss & expense.
• Manage variation orders and cost implications.
