Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in collections or call centre is a plus.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional debt recovery calls and negotiate customized repayment plans.
• Manage customer accounts and drive timely repayments.
• Achieve assigned KPIs while complying with company policies and regulations.
• Handle customer enquiries related to overdue payments with confidence and empathy.
