Job summary

Neo Services Sdn. Bhd., a newly setup Shared Service Center and 100% subsidiary of GXS Bank, is seeking a Collections Officer to support Singapore portfolios. You will call customers to arrange payment plans, review actions like settlements, and coordinate with product teams to drive recovery and minimise losses.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. Fresh graduates are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided; knowledge of bank products and digital banking tech

• Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager.

The Collections Officer is responsiblefor executing the Collections operations and strategies for Singapore consumer and SME portfolios.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and follow-up with customers to secure payment plans

• Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses

• Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection’s activities across the bank

• Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI

• Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager
