A leading food industry firm based in Malaysia is seeking a Cold Room Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive to promote and oversee sales for their cold room business. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the logistics or warehouse environment, along with strong sales strategy development skills. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is essential. This role involves exploring new business opportunities and providing exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in logistics industries or warehouse environment.
• Competent in developing effective sales strategies.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
• Good presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas.

Responsibilities

• Promote and be responsible for sales and marketing of the cold room business.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide after sales service support to customers.
• Liaise with customer’s order management team on orders and issues.
• Coordinate with forwarders on local deliveries for import/export.
• Prepare logistic/ Transfer In/Out documents.
• Implement sales strategies to meet targets and profit goals.
• Formulate sales guidelines and develop/manage market segments and customers.
• Monitor regional activities and adapt strategies to market changes.
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse personnel.

Job Position: Cold Room Sales & Marketing Manager / Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To promote and responsible for sales and marketing of the cold room business.
• To explore and develop new business opportunities.
• After sales service support to customer.
• Liaise with customer’s order management team on the order fulfillment and issues.
• Liaise with forwarders on local deliveries for import / export.
• Prepared Logistic / Transfer In/Out Document.
• Implement sales and business strategies to achieve sales target, and profit target.
• Formulate the sales strategies guidelines and develop/manage the market segment and customer base.
• To monitor the regional activities inclusive of trends in product, purchasing pattern, and develop strategy to leverage the changes.
• To work closely with Warehouse personal.

Requirements:

• Preferable with 2 years’ experience logistic industries, Warehouse environment or International Trading exposure.
• SAP experience is an added advantages.
• Basic PC and MS Office Knowledge is required.
• Good presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good track record or achieving target.
• Competent in developing effectives sales strategies.
• Able to work alone.
• Able to manage customer feedbacks and complaint.
• Able to travel overseas.
• Good command of oral and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
