• Drive workforce analytics, dashboards and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries to strengthen learning governance, performance discipline and talent development practices.
• Provide strategic advisory support on workforce capability and organizational development matters.
• Lead transformation initiatives to enhance organizational capability and analytics maturity.
