Job summary

Dyson Institute in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced OD Partner – Workforce Planning & Economics to lead cost modelling, forecasting, and workforce analytics. You will build investment models, scenario analyses, and dashboards to inform leaders on people spend and capacity across the organization.

You will apply advanced analytics using Python and SQL, develop scalable planning tools, and partner with HR Tech, IT, Finance, and People Analytics to mature enterprise workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce economics, costing, and investment models.
• Design scalable workforce planning dashboards and data workflows.
• Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Support long-, mid-, and short-term workforce planning.
