Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Polymer/Chemistry professional to lead formulation and lab processes, ensuring EHS and 6S compliance. You will independently plan and update projects, coordinate with global teams, and support product transfers to production.

Strong problem-solving and customer-support skills are essential for delivering technically sound solutions. You will engage across technical, commercial and production teams, communicating clearly, and ensuring robust documentation and

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in polymer or chemistry required.
• Coating formulation knowledge preferred.
• Coating, adhesive, painting experience required.
• Preferred: coating for packaging, coil coating, general industrial, protective coating, metal adhesive.

Mansioni

• Own EHS and 6S in the working environment.
• Formulation and lab process execution.
• Plan, implement and update projects independently.
• Coordinate with global and regional analytical teams to identify root cause.
• Support product transfer and production changes to minimize risk.
• Provide customer-focused technical support and problem solving.
• Generate well-organized reports for each project.
• Visit customers to understand product application and line parameters.
