Job summary

DTE Industries Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor is seeking an experienced CNC Turning Supervisor to lead the turning team, monitor production performance and ensure quality and safety standards are met. In this full-time role, you will supervise operators, read engineering drawings, troubleshoot machining issues and drive productivity improvements across production, quality and maintenance interfaces.

• Train and guide operators to improve skills and performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning Supervisor to join our team at DTE Industries Sdn Bhd in Muar, Johor. In this full-time role, you will lead the team, monitor production performance, troubleshoot machining issues and ensure quality, safety and productivity standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate CNC turning operators to ensure smooth and timely production.

Monitor production schedules, workflow and output.

Troubleshoot CNC machine and machining process issues.

Ensure products meet required quality and dimensional specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.

Train and guide CNC turning operators to improve their skills and performance.

Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company requirements.

Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and work processes.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CNC turning, preferably in a supervisory role.

Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Good knowledge of CNC turning processes, machines and tooling.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.

Familiar with CNC machine controls and programming.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
