Job summary

Straits Orthopaedics (Mfg) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and around 3 years of machining experience. You will interpret engineering drawings and operate precision measuring equipment such as profile projectors, optical measuring machines, calipers, micrometers and roughness testers.

The role requires proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, teamwork, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and ideally 3 years in the machining industry.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measuring equipment listed.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferably 3 years working experience in the machining industry

Interpret engineering drawing, skill in using measuring equipment such as profile projector, optical measuring machine, caliper, micrometer, roughness tester etc.

Proficient: English and Bahasa Malaysia

Must be able to work in a team and independently

Able to work In shift (9 hours Shift)

Able to work In Penang Science Park or Batu Kawan
