Job summary

In this full-time role, you will supervise operators, read engineering drawings, troubleshoot machining issues and drive productivity improvements across production, quality and maintenance interfaces.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CNC turning operators in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC turning operators to ensure smooth, timely production.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow and output.
• Troubleshoot CNC machines and machining processes.
• Ensure products meet quality and dimensional specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Train and guide operators to improve skills and performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
