Job summary

Prent Corporation seeks a skilled CNC programmer to design tooling using 3-axis and 5-axis CAD/CAM software. The role involves analyzing tool-room operations, upgrading CAD/CAM systems, and creating standardized procedures to streamline fabrication processes.

The candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, 1+ year in tool design, and strong English communication to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in tool design or fabrication environment.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for tooling fabrication using 3-axis and 5-axis CAD/CAM software.
• Analyze, identify and implement improvement opportunities in tool-room operations.
• Maintain and upgrade CAD/CAM software ensuring efficient use and compliance.
• Generate procedures and best practices to standardize and systemize tool fabrication operations.
