Job summary

Job description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our Tooling Department. This role involves 3D modelling, CNC programming, and hands‑on machining to support production tooling needs.

Responsibilities

Perform 3D modelling & CNC programming for tooling components.

Manufacture tooling inserts according to engineering drawings.

Design and fabricate jigs & fixtures for production use.

Set up and operate Makino S33 CNC Milling Machine (Fanuc Controller).

Ensure tooling parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.

Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.

Maintain tooling and machining records.

Follow company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, Precision Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of CNC programming and tooling experience.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and 3D modelling.

Hands‑on experience in electrode, insert, jig, and fixture fabrication.

Familiarity with Makino S33 CNC Milling Machine preferred.

Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Independent, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
