Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Programmer in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and tooling.
• Proficient in G-code and CAM software.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and optimise CNC programs using G-code and CAM software based on drawings and specs.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics and CAD models to determine machining strategies and tooling.
• Collaborate with CNC machinists to ensure programs are executed efficiently.
• Conduct simulations and test runs to verify tool paths and cycle times.
• Modify existing programs to improve efficiency and part quality.
• Support troubleshooting of machining issues related to programming and parameters.
• Work with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure parts meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation of CNC programs, revisions and processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
