Job summary

Beeantah Industrial is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive precision CNC turning and milling process development. You will review drawings, tolerances and GD&T, create SOPs and work instructions, and lead process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality across production lines.

Responsibilities include conducting time and cost analyses, validating fixtures and tooling, performing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with quality

Qualifications

• Experience in precision manufacturing, particularly CNC turning and/or CNC milling.
• Experience developing SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software for CNC process development and optimization.
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Team and Production to review and improve existing processes.
• Conduct time studies, cost analyses to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement process improvements, automation, and new manufacturing methods.
• Design, test and validate fixtures, tooling and process systems as needed.
• Perform risk assessments and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Ensure processes meet quality, safety and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, WI and control plans for new/improved processes.
• Provide technical support on process documentation and manufacturing issues.
