Job summary

United Hydraulic Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a hands-on CNC workshop supervisor. The role involves leading CNC operators, planning production, and ensuring machine maintenance and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have CNC operation and programming familiarity, FANUC knowledge is a plus, and strong leadership with good English/Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen only; minimum education as stated.
• Familiar with CNC machining equipment operation and CNC programming.
• Experience with FANUC systems is a strong advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical understanding and basic principles.
• Workshop/CNC supervisory or shift leader experience preferred.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and break down monthly production plans to meet targets.
• Train, supervise, and manage CNC operators with SOPs and safety.
• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.
• Monitor equipment conditions and manage spare parts.
• Coordinate between shifts/departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and production standards.
• Monitor team performance and drive productivity and quality.

Familiar with CNC machining equipment operation and CNC programming.

Knowledge and experience with FANUC operating systems is a strong advantage.
