Job summary

United Hydraulic Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor, is seeking a CNC Workshop Supervisor to lead operators and ensure production targets are met on time. The role requires reading technical drawings, CNC programming familiarity, and strong mechanical understanding.

You will oversee daily machine maintenance, coordinate between shifts, enforce safety standards, and drive productivity with a focus on quality. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen only.
• SPM, Vocational Certificate, High School Diploma, or equivalent and above.
• Familiar with CNC machining equipment operation and CNC programming.
• Knowledge and experience with FANUC operating systems is a strong advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good understanding of basic mechanical principles.
• Workshop management, CNC supervisory, or shift leader experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin language skills are an added advantage for communication with specific team members or clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement and break down monthly production plans to ensure production targets are achieved on time.
• Train, supervise, and manage CNC operators, including guiding new employees on operating procedures, work standards, and safety requirements.
• Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.
• Monitor equipment conditions and manage the application and replacement of necessary spare parts.
• Coordinate effectively between shifts and departments to resolve daily workshop issues and ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and production standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and work quality.
