Job summary

United Hydraulic Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor is seeking a CNC supervisor to lead CNC operators, implement production plans, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires Malaysian citizenship, relevant education, CNC operation/programming knowledge, and strong leadership. Mandarin is an added advantage; English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency are essential; we offer career growth and training.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen required.
• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Familiar with CNC operation and programming.
• FANUC OS knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Implement and break down monthly production plans to meet targets on time.
• Train, supervise, and manage CNC operators, ensuring procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.
• Monitor equipment conditions and manage spare parts as needed.
• Coordinate between shifts and departments to resolve workshop issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and production standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
