Job summary

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen is required.
• Familiar with CNC machining equipment operation and CNC programming.
• Knowledge and experience with FANUC operating systems is a strong advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good understanding of basic mechanical principles.
• Workshop management, CNC supervisory, or shift leader experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for some team members or clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement and break down monthly production plans to ensure targets are achieved on time.
• Train, supervise, and manage CNC operators, guiding new staff on procedures, standards, and safety.
• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.
• Monitor equipment conditions and manage spare parts replacement.
• Coordinate between shifts and departments to resolve workshop issues and ensure smooth production.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and production standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and quality.
