Job summary

United Hydraulic Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor seeks a CNC Supervisor to lead the CNC workshop. You will train operators, implement monthly production plans, and ensure daily machine maintenance and safety compliance.

You will coordinate across shifts, monitor performance, and drive improvements in productivity and quality. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiar with CNC machining equipment operation and CNC programming.
• Knowledge and experience with FANUC operating systems is a strong advantage.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good understanding of basic mechanical principles.
• Workshop management, CNC supervisory, or shift leader experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus for certain team or client communication.
• Malaysian citizen only; minimum qualification as stated.

Responsibilities

• Implement and break down monthly production plans to meet targets.
• Train, supervise, and manage CNC operators including SOPs and safety.
• Oversee daily maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines.
• Monitor equipment conditions and arrange spare parts as needed.
• Coordinate between shifts and departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and production standards.
• Monitor team performance and drive productivity improvements.
