The ideal candidate has a diploma/certificate in Tool & Die, Machining, or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of CNC programming and toolroom experience, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Tool & Die, Machining, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years' experience in CNC programming and toolroom operations.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and manage daily, weekly, and special toolroom machine activities.
• Supervise machine operators and oversee tooling, spare parts, and preventive maintenance.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to determine tooling and machining strategy.
• Conduct initial trial runs, validate programs, and resolve machining issues.
• Keep accurate records of programs, tooling sheets, and setups while ensuring safety and quality standards.
