Job summary

SINGDA SUPERALLOY(M)SDN BHD is hiring a CNC Machine Operator to operate and set up CNC machines according to production needs and engineering drawings. You will machine superalloys and titaniums, read drawings, and perform precise quality checks using vernier calipers and micrometers.

The ideal candidate has around 1 year of CNC experience, with STM/STPM preferred, and must follow safety and 6S standards in a on-site facility in Malaysia. Free parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Operate and set up CNC machines according to production requirements and engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct quality checks using vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Experience as CNC machine operator is preferred (1 year).
• STM/STPM education preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines per production needs and drawings.
• Machine superalloy and titanium alloy components.
• Read and interpret drawings and tolerances accurately.
• Perform quality checks with precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machines, tools, and product quality; perform basic maintenance.
• Follow safety, 6S and quality standards; assist as needed by supervisor.

• Operate and set up CNC machines according to production requirements and engineering drawings.
• Perform machining of superalloy, titanium alloy, and other metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Monitor machine operation, tool condition, and product quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and 6S requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: Up to RM3,00.00 per month

• Tanjung Langsat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
