XR Extreme Reach is seeking a CloudOps Engineer to design, develop and document cloud infrastructure and monitoring solutions. You will work with the team to gather requirements, deploy cloud technology and scale our platform powering video advertising.

Responsibilities include production monitoring, incident handling, automation and continuous improvement of cloud operations. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, RCA reporting and collaboration across APAC, UK/EMEA and US time zones to

Formación

• Automate manual ops tasks to streamline processes.
• Improve system reliability and reduce incidents.
• Manage proactive monitoring across Production.
• Analyze live issues and guide developers to prevent repeats.
• Provide Tier 3 on-call support across APAC/UK/EMEA/US (24x7).
• Respond as first responder for infra incidents.
• Perform root-cause analysis and RCA reports.
• Create automated infrastructure solutions and config management.
• Assist developers in fixing bugs with context.
• Understand large-scale on-prem and cloud systems: networking, security, scaling, monitoring, KPIs.
• Adapt quickly to new PAAS offerings and APIs.
