Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support and influence customers’ innovation across technology areas, serving as a technical advisor and the voice of the customer to AWS product teams.

This is not a sales role, but a technical leadership position. You will build solutions, guide customers, and collaborate with AWS teams to ensure operational health and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Maintain healthy AWS environments while reducing cost and complexity.
• Lead technical discussions with developers through to executives.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, and Sales Account Managers.
• Act as customer advocate to AWS product teams.
