Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support in ASEAN.

You will be the technical advisor and voice of the customer to AWS product teams, guiding architecture decisions and incident response across compute, storage, databases, and networking. A minimum of 5+ years in technical engineering is required, with demonstrated external enterprise customer-facing experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.
• Strong oral and written communication, especially with senior stakeholders.
