Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and determine optimal reorder and restock points.
• Perform demand analysis to ensure optimum inventory levels.
• Assist in logistics matters and liaise with agencies.
• Follow up on issues or anomalies in reports.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and complaint rates; drive improvements.
• Provide and plan product care service programs.
• Support planning and execution of product care services for the company.
• Handle spare management, stock checks and accessories sales.
