Sangfor Technologies is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to lead the technical vision for Sangfor Cloud solutions in Malaysia. You will work with government, education, healthcare, and enterprise sectors to understand market size and industry needs, delivering value through innovative cloud delivery models.

You will analyze customer requirements, propose solutions, and support sales and other pre‑sales consultants in proposals and presentations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technology background in Cloud-related infrastructure and security components.
• 5+ years as solution architect, consultant system engineer, or related pre‑sales roles is a plus.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and across teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead as solution expert and define technical vision for Sangfor Cloud solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements, propose solutions, and assist sales and pre‑sales teams with proposals.
• Collaborate with Product Manager/Marketing on cloud technologies and industry positioning.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements addressing customer needs.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationship with key customers and aid in collateral development.
