Job summary

AIA Digital+ is seeking a Manager, Cloud Services to support the operation of AIA's multi-cloud platforms (Azure, AliCloud, AWS). You will work with service providers to ensure backups, patching, provisioning and monitoring are performed effectively, helping the group run securely and efficiently.

You will collaborate with Automation Engineers to define use-cases and develop IaC driven automation, while aiding compliance with security standards and onboarding business units to their preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the support of the AIA multi-cloud environment (predominantly Azure but with an AliCloud and AWS footprint)
• Liaise with service providers to ensure operational processes (backup, patching, provisioning, monitoring) for service follow-up and incident management
• Improve operational efficiency via use-case definition with the Automation Engineer
• Develop automation opportunities via Infrastructure-As-Code tooling
• Support Group Technical Risk to ensure compliance to all security requirements and standards
• Support of non-standard cloud services that might not be covered in AIA service provider contracts
• Assist with Business Unit onboarding into their chosen cloud environment
