Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years in B2B IT Partner sales or Partner Advisory roles.
• Professional level English.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation.
• Ability to meet revenue and pipeline targets under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and cloud solutions to partners with proactive approach to identify and qualify new deal opportunities.
• Account planning and joint business plan alignment.
• Lead partner discovery and solutions.
• Optimize Partner Advantage benefits to maximize activations and incentives.
• Enablement planning starting with credentials and expanding to delivery experience.
• Drive technical readiness planning through trainings, certifications, and specializations.
• Deploy sales and solution plays via GTM activation kits.
• Equip partners with go-to-market resources to build a healthy pipeline and renew customers.
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on cloud products.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of cloud partnerships.
