As a Cloud Operations Manager, you play a key role in hosting and operational continuity used by hundreds of thousands of users. These products run in our multi cloud environments on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). You lead a team(s) of specialists responsible for keeping these customer facing applications stable, secure, performant, and continuously available.
Across Cloud Operations, we support more than 25 different products and workloads, serving over 700,000 users. Ensuring that each of these SaaS and cloud hosted products runs reliably at scale requires strong coordination, clear ownership, and world class operational execution.
Within this structure, you will be managing the team(s) focusing on both Infra Operations and Application Operations. This vacancy specifically applies to the Cloud Operations team operating from Kuala Lumpur.
Together, the team(s) ensure seamless end to end operations across infrastructure, platform, and application layers, enabling a reliable and scalable hosting landscape for customers. Asour product landscape grows in complexity, scale, and business criticality, availability outside regular office hours will become a key expectation for ensuring uninterrupted hosting quality. In this role, you’ll help shape how this responsibility is introduced and managed effectively.
You’ll also work intensively with fellow Cloud Operations Managers to align priorities, coordinate incident and problem management across time zones, and safeguard operational excellence throughout the global hosting landscape.
At the architectural level, you will work closely with the Cloud Architect, who will review and approve all architectural decisions. Your leadership brings clarity, structure, and calm confidence - especially during escalations, performance challenges, or customer impacting events.
