Job summary
HaaS Technologies Sdn Bhd seeks a hands-on Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (Team Lead) to steer delivery of cloud projects and mentor a growing support team in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive customer satisfaction and stay at the forefront of cloud and virtualization technologies, reporting to leadership in a dynamic managed services environment.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in cloud or technical engineering roles with hands-on delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience with backup/recovery solutions and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; good communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex cloud and infrastructure projects for clients.
- Monitor environments, identify issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through high-quality support and delivery.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Oversee backup, DR management, and data protection for client workloads.
