Job summary

STRATEQ GROUP (Strateq Sdn Bhd) is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Lead/Manager to spearhead our cloud architecture team. You will translate complex cloud concepts into compelling business value and guide sales engagements to win client solutions.

The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentorship to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud platforms across private, public, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in a leadership role, managing cloud architecture teams.
• 7+ years in cloud architecture across private, public and hybrid.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of security, governance and compliance in cloud.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud architects.
• Drive design of scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope project delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and operations.
• Set architecture standards and governance.

• Maintain 99.9% uptime and SLA adherence.
• Stay updated on cloud trends and tools.
