Randstad Malaysia seeks a proactive Presales Cloud Architect to bridge technical teams and clients in Malaysia. You will architect and pitch Huawei Cloud and AWS solutions, create technical proposals, BOMs, and POCs, and lead as the technical contact through the sales cycle.

The role emphasizes deep cloud expertise, especially in Huawei Cloud or AWS, plus strong presentation skills for diverse audiences. Prior presales experience in an SI environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in technical presales, cloud consulting, or a related role within an SI environment.
• Deep understanding of Huawei Cloud or AWS ecosystems; exposure to both is a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored cloud solutions (Huawei & AWS).
• Develop and present technical proposals, BOMs, and POCs to prospective clients.
• Act as the primary technical contact during the sales cycle and address client questions and objections.
• Keep abreast of latest cloud technologies and competitor offerings to maintain competitive edge.

About Our Client

We are recruiting on behalf of a premier, regional Systems Integrator (SI) and Technology Enabler known for driving large-scale digital transformation across both the public and private sectors.

Role Overview:

Act as the crucial bridge between our technical teams and our clients. This presales role requires a persuasive communicator who can architect and pitch compelling Huawei Cloud and AWS solutions to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored cloud solutions (Huawei & AWS).
• Develop and present technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prospective clients.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle, confidently addressing client questions and objections.
• Keep abreast of the latest cloud technologies and competitor offerings to ensure Strateq maintains a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in technical presales, cloud consulting, or a related role within an SI environment.
• Deep understanding of either Huawei Cloud or AWS ecosystems (experience in both is a massive plus).
• Bonus: Strong client-facing skills are essential. You must be comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Relevant presales or technical certifications from Huawei Cloud or AWS are very good to have.
