JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to support sales team for effective pre-sale demo and training.

Build relationship & network with users and key decision-makers.

Support post-sale user training for plastic surgeons, dermatologist, medical doctors, aesthetic physicians. and aesthetic therapies, ensuring utilization & maximization of features of equipment.

Develop updated training material and implement training program. Continuous update in product knowledge & skills.

Provide theory and practical training for internal staff.

To plan, organize and conduct courses/conference /workshop/ on products for doctors.

To collect market information and feedback to company for strategy development and implementation.

Proactively organize & provide scheduled customer visit & propose user-training to customers.

Assist in KOL building.

Assit in coordinate, executive and implement advertising and promotion activities such as product launch/ product promotions and maintain company social media platform frequently.

Working independently as well as communicating positively alongside a team in organising events.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Medical Science, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferbly for this position.

Experienced as clinical educator will be an advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate well in English and able to work independent.

Possess own transport and willing to travel.
