Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments via phone, letter, or walk-in at reception.
• Allocate appointment slots, prioritizing walk-ins when no-shows occur.
• Enter appointment information into the system and request case notes after confirmation.
• If systems fail, fill the form for case notes and send to MRD.
• Register walk-in patients, create visit episodes, and prepare case notes before appointment.
• For new patients, prepare appointment card and case note, attach print-out.
• Request and verify guarantee letters from corporate patients to facilitate registration and payments.
• Coordinate with Credit Control and PR/Marketing to resolve issues.
• Inform patients of follow-up appointments and stress punctuality.
• Enter follow-up appointments into the system.
• Receive case notes from MRD and acknowledge in dispatch records.
• Prepare used case notes for MRD collection and update dispatch book.
• Escort patients to departments and hand over case notes to Admission.
• Cover and rotate duties as needed.
• Answer calls and handle inquiries, directing to appropriate departments.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Report procedural incidents to CCX Head/Manager.
• Participate in in-house activities.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Uphold patient and family rights policy.
