Job summary

Klinik Aureo in Shah Alam invites a friendly, responsible Clinic Assistant to join our clinic team. You will assist with daily clinic operations, help patients, and support doctors and nurses to deliver efficient, quality care.

You will handle registrations, basic admin, basic payments, and maintain rooms and supplies. Training will be provided; weekend shifts may be required in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to interact kindly with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organization.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks (email, records).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Register and assist patients with appointments and clinic procedures.
• Manage patient registration, records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare consultation rooms and maintain cleanliness and stock.
• Record patients' basic vital signs when required.
• Handle clinic payments, receipts, and basic cashier duties.
• Manage phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Assist with medication dispensing and preparation as directed by the doctor.
