Utama Med Kota Seriemas Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support patient reception, registration and administrative tasks in a busy clinic. You will assist nurses and doctors with basic clinical tasks and help maintain a welcoming, efficient environment for patients.

The role requires good communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well in a team. Bahasa Malaysia is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical or patient-facing settings is preferred.
• Strong communication with patients and staff.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Assist with patient registration and record documentation.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's system efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to medical and nursing staff as required.
• Assist nurses and doctors with basic clinical tasks (vital signs, BP, temp).
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment is sterilised and stocked.
• Order and maintain clinic supplies and inventory.
• Handle patient inquiries and direct them to staff.
• Support the implementation of clinic policies and data privacy practices.
• Assist with basic wound care and dressing changes under supervision.
