Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical, healthcare or patient-facing environment.
• Strong communication with patients, staff and visitors.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and assist patients with mobility.
• Bahasa Malaysia is essential; English is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients upon arrival and maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area
• Assisting with patient registration and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment system efficiently
• Providing administrative support to medical and nursing staff as required
• Assisting nurses and doctors with basic clinical tasks, such as taking patient vital signs, measuring blood pressure and temperature
• Preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly sterilised
• Ordering and maintaining clinic supplies and inventory levels
• Handling patient enquiries and directing them to appropriate medical staff
• Supporting the implementation of clinic policies and procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Assisting with basic wound care, dressing changes and other clinical support tasks under the supervision of qualified nursing staff
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection and patient privacy regulations
