Job summary

KLINIK PENAWAR (NEGERI SEMBILAN) SDN. BHD. is hiring a Clinic Assistant/Nurse to support patient registration, data entry, and basic clinical duties. The role requires nursing qualification with possible APC advantage and involves shift work.

You will handle patient intake, assist medical officers, manage medications and inventory, and provide health information. The clinic offers meals and rice provisions as part of the package, with five workdays per week.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) license is an advantage.
• At least 1 years' experience as Clinic Assistant/Nurse will add advantage.
• Able to use AVIXO system to key in data.
• Empathy with patient
• Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Compassionate with good communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Register patients and visitors with ID.
• Register patients on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Identify patient status (cash or panel).
• Submit documents to the panel for claim submission.
• Enter patients' temperature and blood pressure into the system.
• Monitor inventories and medications.
• Provide patient medications, medical leave, and receipts.
• Assist the medical officer during procedures as needed.
• Ensure cashflow and end-of-shift closing.
• Remind patients on dosage and doctor-advised instructions.
• Manage and perform the assigned portfolio.
• Disinfect the clinic per SOP.
• Assist during Swab tests and other procedures.
• Engage patients with health information via social media.
