Southern Medical Group in Johor Bahru is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support doctors, prepare and label samples, and ensure smooth patient flow through the screening process.

You will handle registrations, appointment scheduling, and billing while maintaining hygiene and confidentiality. Fresh grads are welcome; training is provided, with opportunities for career progression and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma, preferably in science related field.
• Exceptional customer service and good communication skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and strong teamwork skill.
• Basic computer skill is required.
• Must be willing to work on weekends.
• Willing and able to relocate (within Johor Bahru).
• Fresh grads/Interns are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Assist doctors (Training will be provided).
• Prepare and label test samples accurately (e.g., blood, urine).
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of patient data and samples.
• Answer customer enquiries and guide customers with a warm and helpful attitude, scheduling appointments.
• Coordinate registration, provide clear instructions to customers throughout the screening process.
• Handle billing and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of screening areas and equipment.
• Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
