BHD. is seeking a Clinic Assistant in Johor Bahru to support doctors during consultations and procedures, manage patient records and appointments, dispense medications, and handle clinic administration. Qualifications

• Malaysian working rights required.
• Effective bilingual communication (BM & English).
• Reliable, punctual and proactive with patient-focused attitude.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Willing to work on a shift-based schedule.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in clinics/GP settings and with clinic management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage appointments and records.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and minor procedures.
• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions.
• Handle payments, receipts and basic clinic administration.
• Assist with panel/TPA claims and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment areas.
• Monitor medication and consumable stock and assist with stock management.
• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.
• Perform other clinic-related duties as required.
